RugCheck is a token security scanner built for the Solana ecosystem. It analyses a token's on-chain properties — including mint authority status, freeze authority, LP lock status, holder concentration, and token extension risk flags — and produces a risk score.

RugCheck is used by investors to quickly assess whether a token has obvious red flags before purchasing. A token with revoked mint and freeze authority, locked LP, and no suspicious extensions scores better than one where the creator retains all privileges.
